The hotel component and residential units sit over a 2-story retail mall and parking levels that make up the base where the towers emerge from. All amenities, gardens and swimming pool decks are spread throughout the surface of that podium. The towers are designed with a precast façade that act as an added play element to mitigate direct sunlight by providing shade, solar panel frames and balconies in between. Project is slated to open in 2025.
