This 3,500 SF residence was designed for a small corner site in the "North Grove". With many limitations, the design team was able to meet the size and the program (proposed by the client), by defining the layout requirements to make this home unique in it's trending modern market. The main entertaining spaces enjoy a double height volume visually connecting the front and rear yard with Coconut Grove's distinct mature tree foliage. An overlooking bridge broadens to create a common space that connects the second floor bedrooms with the stair. With contemporary finishes throughout, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house was completed in late 2016.
