This residential complex is located in the vicinity of the City of San Jose. Half of the site has a drastic drop in elevation that meets the Virilla River. The views are spectacular to the south, where you can see the greenery of the river and the mountains beyond. The location of the 3 towers in a diagonal, is intended to maximize the views, take advantage of cross ventilation and most important, free up the 2 triangular green areas ‘parks’ that will hold mature trees and vegetation and make up the amenities of the complex. The 3 towers are identical in floor plan, yet different in elevation in response to site support conditions. Most parking was intended to be surface parking, only underground parking under the towers.
