About the project: Located in one of the most prominent sites in San Jose, this iconic building will raise 20 stories on a wedge corner site and face the metropolitan park of La Sabana. On its 2,000M2 lot, the building stacks commercial, parking, office and hotel spaces vertically. SOW Design Studio designed the building to gracefully integrate all uses under one skin. Among some of the amenities, the project has a lap pool for the hotel on the fourteenth floor and a double height Sky Lobby on the thirteenth level. All features of the building are designed to maximize the magnificent views around the city.
