About the project: Bordered by a small creek and with a beautiful natural landscape, very representative of Medellin, El Pomar was designed for all of its residents to be able to enjoy the soothing sights and sounds of nature. With spacious balconies that face the gardens and invite nature into the apartments El Pomar has spacious open apartments that invite users to spend more time outside. The Apartments are 200 m2 with three bedrooms and a study room, all which are connected by the terrace, proposing an exposed outside social space for gathering. These open balconies became the identity and visual icon for Pomar highlighting our focus on always highlighting nature, and natural spaces in our work.
