About the project: Located in a residential area east of Armenia, Belmonte is an apartment complex designed with exterior facing apartments between 75 and 90 m2. Organized around an interior patio, Belmonte is naturally lit creating an open area for staircases and elevators with exceptional ventilation, ideal for enjoying the warm Armenia climate through a freshly ventilated space. The exterior volumes play with light and space with contrasting colors that give Belmonte a modern feel with a familiar tone.
